1. 30-Day Money Back Guarantee:

We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days for a full refund.

2. Refund Process:

We refund the product price, which is your total order minus shipping costs. Original or return shipping charges are not refundable. Refunds are usually processed within 2 weeks but may take up to 30 days or more. We refund back to the credit card used for the purchase.

 

3. Refusing Packages:

If you choose to refuse a package upon delivery, please contact our customer support immediately. Refused packages that are returned to us will be processed as a standard return, and applicable fees may apply.

4. Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the refund process and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Item Arrived Damaged or Wrong Item:

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package. We will guide you through the return process, and a replacement or refund will be arranged promptly.

6. Refunds:

Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item(s). Please allow 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

7. Missing Package: Delivered to Wrong Address, Stolen, Marked Delivered without Delivery:

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it or if it's delivered to the wrong address, stolen, or marked as delivered without actual delivery, please contact us immediately. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and work to resolve the issue promptly.

8. Return Policy:

To be eligible for a return, please ensure your item is in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, make sure to retain the receipt or proof of purchase.

Upon contacting us, you will receive further instructions for obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without prior request and approval will not be accepted.
